As we previously reported, the first Uzbek-German medical forum started today at the Congress Center of the Silk Road Samarkand complex in the Samarkand city.
M. Madazimov, rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, F. Rasulov, the head of International Cooperation Department and heads of colleges and technical schools attached to the institute also took part in the ceremony.
Within the framework of the forum, the rector of our institute signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of Uro-oncology with Kornelia Becker, the coordinator of the German Cooperation Organization (GCO). It envisages improving the qualifications of specialists and performing joint surgical operations.
For information: a cooperation agreement on Endo-urology was signed between our institute and the GCO organization.
