There was held a meeting of Andijan Regional Society of Surgeons. Professor A.Abolmasov from Moscow made a presentation on “New methods of laparoscopic treatment of abdominal hernias”, as well as doctors from other regions took part in the meeting online.
During the meeting, the chairman of the Regional Society of Surgeons, Professor of Andijan State Medical Institute, Doctor of Medical Sciences, qualified surgeon Yu. Egamov delivered a lecture on “Modern methods of treatment of nonspecific ulcers” and M. Kochkarov, Executive Secretary of the Society, made a presentation on “Analysis of the work done in the field of surgery in Andijan region in 2021”.
