At the pediatric faculty of the Andijan State Medical Institute, a festive event was held on the theme “Two geniuses of the same epoch”, dedicated to the anniversaries of the birthdays of Alisher Navoiy and Zahiriddin Muhammad Bobur, in which the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Education S. Salakhiddinov, Chairman of the Women’s Committee of the institute G. Kholmatova, deans of faculties, tutors and students took part.
During the event, gazelles and rubais of the great ancestors were performed, interesting episodes from their lives were shown, which aroused great interest among audience.
In conclusion, songs were sung to the verses of two geniuses of the same era.
