In order to provide social support to students and young people, to ensure their employment, a job fair “Vacancies” was held at Andijan State Medical Institute in cooperation with state institutions and organizations of employers and Andijan City Center for Poverty Alleviation and Employment Assistance.
The opening ceremony of the fair was opened by the rector of the institute, M. Madazimov, who said that until now, many students are working in their spare time and supporting their families, and many students will be able to get a job through today’s fair.
After that, A. Yusupov, Deputy Head of Andijan City Center for Poverty Alleviation and Employment Assistance, gave a speech and informed the students about the job vacancies in detail. He noted that there is an opportunity to choose a job that suits them.
50 medical associations operating in districts and cities of Andijan region participated in this event with 215 vacancies. Students of the institute, having been familiarized with the available vacancies, registered in the directions they liked.
As a result of the fair, 35 students were given job vacancies in enterprises, organizations and institutions. 7 students were employed at the fair. All students who participated in the event were given legal advice on labor law and other issues.
