It is no coincidence that the consistent reforms of our President, based on the principle of respect for human dignity, are aimed at raising the standard of living of the people! The priority task was to organize the leisure of our citizens, especially young people, and ensure their employment.
As you know, on March 4, 2022, under the chairmanship of the President, a video conference was held on measures to improve the standard of living of students of higher educational institutions through employment. Our institute conducts practical work to implement the tasks and responsibilities set in it. First of all, a “Youth Balance” is formed and a list of students who want to work is compiled. Today, 243 students work in medical institutions of the regional healthcare system, and 4 students work at our institute. We also interview young people who want to open foreign language, science and sports clubs and provide them with opportunities without rent and taxes.
Today’s job fair is also great for students who want to work after classes.
The event was opened by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation K. Salokhiddinov, who said that today, in addition to the employment of graduates, as an exception, first-year students also have the opportunity to work without missing classes.
The event was also attended by Deputy Director of the Andijan Employment Promotion Center A. Yusupov, who noted that more job fairs can be organized in cooperation with educational institutions and the students can apply to the center at any time.
More than 30 companies and organizations from 16 healthcare institutions took part in the fair with their vacancies. In addition, 38 vacancies have been announced for students wishing to work at our institute.
During the fair, 37 students were sent to medical institutions and various enterprises and organizations, and 6 students were hired by our institute and employment contracts were signed with them.
