According to the Regulations approved by the government decision № 322, dated 09.06.2022 women who has at least 5 years of work experience on a specialty but without higher education has the right to enter the state higher education institutions (here-and-after HEI) on special admission parameters (total 500 quotas) to study on the basis of a payment contract.
It should be based on a letter of recommendation from the Family and Women’s Committee for admission.
To receive a recommendation, an applicant must meet all of the following criteria:
has a specialty in secondary special or professional education
not having or not receiving higher education before receiving the letter of recommendation;
to have 5 years of work experience in the specialty of secondary special or professional education
Within 3 years from the date of recommendation to HEI only one attempt is valid for acceptance.
To obtain a recommendation, the applicant must apply with a request to the district (city) family and women’s departments at the place of permanent or temporary registration every year from May 1 to June 1.
The applications and documents are reviewed by the working groups of the district (city) family and women’s departments until June 7.
Therefore, the working group’s decision is submitted to the Committee by June 10.
The documents are reviewed by the Committee by June 14 and a decision is made regarding issuing a recommendation or rejecting it.
The working group ensures that recommendations are delivered to applicants by June 15 each year.
Women who have recommendations can submit documents for studying in the state HEI Bachelor’s program based on the education form, it may be daytime, evening or correspondence.
It is important! The fact that a recommendation has been given to women does not imply that they have enrolled in the Program.
The entrance exams for admission to the state HEI Bachelor’s program are conducted within the framework of entrance exams (test exam, professional (creative) exam) in a general order for women who have recommendations.
According to the results of the entrance exams women with recommendations who have not been recommended for admission are advised to study on a tuition-contract basis based on collecting not less than 30% of the highest possible score that can be obtained, with strict adherence to the principle of continuity in grades.
