Rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov visited Dr. D. Y. Patil University (De Vay Patel University) located in Pune, Maharashtra, as part of his trip to India today on April 17.
In this university, the head of our institute visited the “Ayuverdi” treatment center and got acquainted with its activities and the educational processes of students.
During the visit, a memorandum on further training of specialists of Andijan State Medical Institute in this clinic on high-tech treatment methods, opening a joint educational program in the field of Ayurveda was signed between the rector of the university, professor P.D. Patil, vice-rector and professor N.J. Pawar.
At the same time, our rector met with the Professor Dr. Mangesh T. Karad, the Rector of MIT Art Design and Technology University in Pune.
This university has medical bioengineering sphere as well as design, marine engineering, journalism, mechanics, management, tourism and hotel management, so it was agreed on cooperation between ASMI and this university in these fields.
After the cooperation meetings, the hosts invited the guests to the museum of the famous Indian actor Raj Kapoor for cultural entertainment and shared interesting information about the life and work of the legendary actor.
