Literary and artistic meeting was organized with the writer Vosit Ahmad, a member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan with the participation of students of Therapeutic Faculty in order to aware our students with the life and work of famous writers and poets.
The meeting was opened by S. Salohiddinov, the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual-educational affairs, who said that getting acquainted with the works of artists enriches people’s worldview. The fate of various heroes has been an example of being encouraged to make judgments about good and bad things.
After that, the writer Vosit Ahmad spoke about the life and work of artists who, although they were not among us now, were mentors to all “people of the pen”. He spoke about his comic and humorous works. He shared his inner experiences while writing them, shared the laughter and sadness of the heroes and read his story “Doppi”.
During the meeting Vosit Ahmad emphasized that the rights and interests of creative persons were being strengthened in the newly revised draft of the Constitutional Law as well as in all fields and called for active participation in the Referendum.
At the end of the meeting students received detailed answers to the questions they were interested in.
