Today, August 10, a meeting was held with the participation of professors and teachers, heads of departments and employees of the institute at Andijan State Medical Institute, based on the requirements of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 5, 2024 PQ-210.
It provides concepts about the essence of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Conflict of Interests”. The meeting was chaired by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs B. Abdullajonov, the participants of the meeting were given instructions from the Ministries of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and Health on the prevention of corruption and conflicts of interest.
Head of the Department for Combating Corruption and Managing the Compliance Control System of the Institute S. Askarov gave information about the systematic propaganda activities to prevent corruption in our country and at the institute. After that, officials spoke about the prevention of corruption among students, the negative consequences of this vice not only for young people, but also for our society as a whole.
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to further improve the system of combating corruption and increasing the effectiveness of the system of public control over the activities of state bodies and organizations” was also discussed.
