Worldwide urological diseases are among the most common diseases. According to experts, the development of obesity as a result of not following a healthy lifestyle and inactivity causes various urological problems. Unfavorable climatic conditions also proved to be one of the risk-factors in the spread of this type of diseases.
Special attention is paid to providing high-quality medical services to the population in this direction in our country. Especially today, using the achievements of modern medicine, operations are performed without touching the patient’s body or through small incisions; minimally invasive methods of surgery are widely used in practice.
To develop further such practical work and exchange international experience, a number of activities are being carried out in Andijan State Medical Institute. In particular, today, on May 17, an international scientific-practical conference on “Innovative approach to the treatment of urological diseases” has been held at the Institute.
M. Madazimov, the rector of the Institute opened the conference with an introduction speech and told about the relevance and importance of this topic.
Greetings of Sh. Abdurakhmanov, the governor of Andijan province was delivered to the participants of the conference. After that F. Akilov, the head of Urology Department of Tashkent Medical Academy, Kim Hee-Cheol (South Korea), the dean of Keimyung Medical Institute congratulated the participants of the conference and wished success in their work.
More than 20 foreign specialists from Russian Federation, Germany, South Korea, Kazakhstan and about 100 specialists from the regions of our republic participated in this conference in a hybrid (online, offline) manner.
