Today, on October 22, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, M. Madazimov, and the vice-rector for International Cooperation, F. Rasulov, met with Song Jichung, head of the International Relations Department at Daegu Haany University in Korea, along with department specialists and Song Youngil, a representative of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
During the meeting, proposals were made to establish joint educational programs between the two higher education institutions, organize summer internships, and conduct master classes on the methods of Korean traditional medicine, specifically “acupuncture” (needle insertion at meridian points). The existing opportunities regarding these proposals were discussed.
Additionally, Korean specialists presented projects related to the development of traditional medicine.
Throughout the meeting, the parties agreed to establish cooperation in various areas.
