Today, on August 26, a scientific council meeting was held at the Andijan State Medical Institute dedicated to the results of preparations for the new 2023/2024 academic year.
The rector of the institute M. Madazimov, vice-rectors, deans of faculties, heads of departments, heads of departments took part in it. At the beginning of the meeting, professors and teachers and students who won a number of international competitions and received academic degrees were awarded.
After that, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs B. Abdullajonov described the state of preparation for the new academic year in classrooms, laboratories and departments. He also announced the achievements of the team and students of the institute during the summer vacation and said that more than 80 percent of the students of the Academic Lyceum of Andijan State Medical Institute were recommended for higher education.
Next, the first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual-educational affairs S. Salohiddinov made preparations for the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the start of the new academic year, as well as the provision of accommodation and rental apartments for students. He provided information about the work done.
S. Askarov, the head of the department of anti-corruption and compliance control system management, emphasized the importance of an uncompromising attitude against corruption and a joint fight against it.
Also, the order of the rector of the institute on financial incentives for the employees of the institute on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the Independence Day was announced.
