Today, on October 6, an international scientific practical conference on the “Problems of Modern Surgery” has been held in Andijan State Medical Institute. About 90 domestic and foreign specialists participated in it online and offline (hybrid format).
M. Madazimov, the rector of the Institute opened the conference with an introductory speech. He introduced the work performed in our Institute, spoke about the new educational building which is under construction, the Institute’s clinic, the fact that all these objects are supplied with modern medical equipment.
M.Madazimov introduced all the participants to the modern problems of the surgery. He assured them that their active efforts in finding a solution would be fruitful.
At the opening ceremony the congratulatory speech addressed to the participants of the conference by A. Inoyatov, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was delivered.
Amiran Shotayevich Revishvili, director of the national medical research surgical center named after A. V. Vishnevsky, participated online and said that surgery proved to be a very important and complex field of medicine and that this conference dedicated to this topic was very relevant
Specialists in the field of surgery from such countries as the USA, Russia, India, Japan, Tatarstan and several regions of our republic participated in the conference with their lectures online and offline.
In the afternoon qualified specialists and young researchers discussed and participated with lectures on a number of current topics such as “Vascular diseases in legs and arms: the possibilities of modern clinical lymphology in the prevention and treatment of edema syndrome”, “Surgical tactics for traumatic injuries of parenchymal organs”, “Evaluation of hepatectomy method and surgical methods in open donor” “, “Innovative technologies in the complex treatment of acute purulent infection”, “Re-hospitalization in the postoperative period for the treatment of colorectal cancer”, “The current status of the advanced stage of endometrial cancer: achievements”, “Surgery using laser photodynamic therapy improvement of treatment results”, “Surgical and interventional treatment for myocardial ischemia and cardiac arrhythmias”, “Improving the systems for predicting the results of interventions”.
