On April 7, a meeting was held in Andijan State Medical Institute with a group of students and their parents.
It was attended by S. Salohiddinov, the first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual and educational affairs, G. Kholmatova, the advisor to the rector for women’s issues and the chairman of the women’s advisory council of the institute.
Those who spoke at the event spoke about the reforms implemented in our country, in particular, the special attention is paid to the spheres of social protection, education, and health care in our updated Constitution. In order to improve the effectiveness of the current system for the protection of human rights, the issue of all-round support for young people, their rights and duties are strengthened at the constitutional level, the draft of the Constitutional Law prohibits child labor, the disabled, women; it was noted that the issues of reliable protection of rights are reflected.
Also, on April 18, 2022, the Network Agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republican Council of the Health Workers Union of Uzbekistan for 2022-2024 and paragraph 67 of the Institute’s internal rules mainly in order to financially support students who are in need of social protection, have lost their parents or are deprived of their parents’ care, the management of the institute has given 29 students studying in the institute in the amount of 5 times the minimum monthly salary financial incentive vouchers were handed over.
Students and their parents expressed their gratitude for such attention and care.
