Today, on November 27, a meeting of the Scientific Council took place in Andijan State Medical Institute. The meeting was attended by the rector of the Institute M. Madazimov, vice-rectors, department heads, deans of faculties and responsible officials.
Initially, employees, professors and students who achieved high results in November were rewarded in solemn atmosphere. Following this, opinions were expressed on a number of issues, such as students’ activity in classes, the culture of dress at the Institute and preventing corruption.
During the meeting the first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work S. Salohiddinov reported on preparations for the 32nd anniversary of our Constitution and the spiritual-educational activities held in November. The head of the Department for Combating Corruption and Managing the Compliance Control System S. Asqarov presented the ongoing efforts of his department in combating corruption. The vice-rector for International Cooperation F. Rasulov shared reports on the joint educational program in “Medical Biotechnology” at the Master’s level in collaboration with the University of Rostock, Germany.
