This oath is the oath of every boy, every Uzbek child. Today the 5-year cadets, studying at the military department of the faculty of Therapy ofAndijan State Medical Institute, took the “Military oath”. 45 cadets took part in the event.
At the beginning of the event, the rector of our institute M. Madazimov congratulated the cadets with such great honor and responsibility. He wished them success in their courageous service at the borders that guard our country like the apple of an eye. The event was also attended by servicemen of military unit 45605 in our city, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of our institute, professor B. Abdullajonov, head of the department for Youth, Spirituality and Education A. Abdukhalimov and activists of the Youth Union.
The culmination of the ceremony. Heartfelt words were heard, like: “When I joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, when I kissed the sacred flag, the symbol of my state”, “Loyalty to the Republic of Uzbekistan, my people and the President for the whole life”,“On earth, in the water, in the air – I solemnly swear to do my duty conscientiously in all circumstances, to justify the high confidence of my people in any difficult trials and tribulations”. The students of our military department also swore allegiance to the Motherland, the people and the President in the final stage of military training in front of their teachers, coaches, classmates and parents.
The event was followed by military demonstrations and marches. The words of wishesbyparents and students were heard.
At the end of the event, cheerful melodies and songs invited everyone to dance.
