DEPARTMENT OF PATHOLOGICAL ANATOMY. It was founded in 1957. From 1957 to 1965, the department was headed by Associate Professor P.D. Tulyaganov. In 1965-1995, the department was headed by Professor N.G. Alexandrov. Under the direction of N.G. Alexandrov trained 6 doctors of sciences and 31 candidates of medical sciences. In 1995-2001, the department was headed by associate professor A.N. Don.
Purpose of the department
Future general practitioners will learn the etiology, pathogenesis, morphological changes of various pathologoanatomical changes and diseases that can occur in the human body during general pathological processes and diseases, their structural basis, as well as clinical-anatomical analysis methods, as well as is the formation of knowledge, skills and competencies about age-related changes.
