Today, on March 30, a roundtable discussion on the topic “Constitution is our happiness” was held in the Hall of Scientific Councils of Andijan State Medical Institute. The responsible employees of the regional Department of Justice K. Omonov, A. Rakhmonov, senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and Practice of Building a Democratic Society in Uzbekistan of Andijan State University, doctor of philosophy (PhD) A. Badalov, senior lecturer D.Komilov, head of the Department of Social and Humanities of Andijan State Medical Institute, doctor of philosophy, associate professor O. Urakova participated in the event.
The event was opened by the rector of the institute, M. Madazimov, who spoke about the reforms being implemented in our country, the special attention paid to youth, education, and medicine in our updated Constitution.
After that, the speakers explained that the Referendum, which will be held on April 30, is different from the election process, the purpose of updating the Constitution, that the 128 articles of the current Constitution are being increased to 155, and that they are being implemented based on the human principles.
It was mentioned that it is important for everyone to actively participate in the referendum process, not to be indifferent to it, and for the development of our country. The participants of the event got full information about the updated draft of the Constitution and the referendum.
