In order to improve literacy among students, to further improve the skills of beautiful handwriting on the October 21st – on the occasion of the day of the Uzbek language holiday in the Department of Uzbek language and literature, a contest of dictations was held under the slogan “May your dignity be high, my mother tongue!”. 1st year students of all faculties took part in the competition.
More than 30 students took part in the competition and their work was evaluated by the leading specialists of the Department.
According to the results of the competition M.Sharafjanova, S.Tolkova, D.Ahadova, S.Mashrabbayeva, S.Salahiddinova became the winners of in the nomination” the most beautiful handwriting holder”.
