Posts of “low salaries” appeared in social media channels on behalf of the nurses of the reception department of ADTI clinic. Studies have been conducted regarding this situation and according to its results we inform the following:
A meeting was held with the participation of all nurses of the ADTI Clinical Reception Department. It was cleared up at the meeting that the appeal written to the Telegram channel was not written by the nurses of the reception department, the circumstances in the appeal were not confirmed.
We found it necessary to announce the following as information: according to the current procedures nurses must have 5 years of work experience in order to receive additional remuneration for work experience.
At the ADTI clinic, salaries are paid in three areas:
1. Salary payments to emergency service employees from the state budget are made on time and in full pattern.
2. According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 28, 2021 “On measures to further improve the system of specialized medical care in the health sector” No. PQ-5199, clinic medical insurance has switched to the medical direction and in the calculation of monthly salaries, salary payments are made based on the received funds, depending on the number of treated patients.
3. Salary payments are made in relation to the indicators (percentage) of the monthly completed plan from the funds earned during the payment of salaries to employees working on the account of paid medical services.
