On April 28, 2023 lectures of foreign specialists, invited by the Department of Hospital Therapy and Endocrinology of Andijan State Medical Institute were organized in “Hamkor” international business center.
“Role of sulfonylurea preparations of the third generation in the modern treatment algorithm for diabetes mellitus type 2” was delivered by V. G. Baranov, associate professor of the Department of Endocrinology named after academician I. I. Mechnikov, N. Ivanov, Ph.D. of the North-Western State Medical University. “Psychotherapy of endocrine diseases” was delivered by Ph.D. S. Vikhodtsev, assistant of the Department of Psychotherapy and Sexology, Russian Federation Professors and teachers of the department, Masters, post-graduates, 4th-level students of the Faculty of Medicine, Andijan regional endocrinology dispensary and district endocrinologists took part in the lecture.
Experts explained the subjects in details with the help of presentations rich in illustrations, with real-life examples from their experience. The listeners got detailed answers to the questions they were interested in and further strengthened their knowledge.
