Today, on September 27, a holiday tournament on the intellectual game “Zakovat” was held in Andijan State Medical Institute in connection with October 1 – the Day of Teachers and Mentors.
Six teams of professors and teachers and employees of faculties took part in this tournament, which was organized in cooperation with the Institute’s Department of Work with Youth, Spirituality and Enlightenment, Department of Work with Women and Girls and the primary organization of the Institute “Intellectual Quiz” club of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.
The tournament was opened by G. Kholmatova, rector’s adviser of the Institute on women’s issues, she sincerely congratulated all teachers on the coming professional holiday and wished them good luck and success in their future activities.
The game was conducted by Sh. Abdurahmanov, the coordinator of the Institute club «Intellectual Quiz”. During the game the participants tested their knowledge by answering questions in the fields of literature, logic, history and psychology.
The intellectual game, which required ingenuity, quickness, high knowledge and potential, was full of irreconcilable disputes.
According to the final results, the “Pozitiv” team of tutors from the Therapeutic Faculty won the 1st place, the “Linguist” team of the Department of Uzbek language and literature won the 2nd place, and the “Pharmacon” team of tutors from Pharmaceutic Faculty took the 3rd place.
Winners and all the participants of the tournament were awarded diplomas and books.
