Today, on June 7, M. Madazimov, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, met with Zang Hong Yan, PhD, member of the Sino-European Educational Alliance and the head of the “Silk road” publishing house in China.
Issues of collaborative translation of Chinese medical books into Uzbek, attracting Chinese applicants to the Institute, establishing cooperation with higher education institutions have been discussed at the meeting.
The guests presented books on Chinese folk medicine translated into Uzbek to the rector of the Institute.
Also, it was agreed on the issue of creating manuals in Uzbek and Chinese languages containing medical terms in the direction of “Medical Chinesse” (medical Chinese language), which is one of the main issues of the meeting.
Samples of our national pottery were presented to the guests. After that, they were closely introduced to the information technology center of the Institute and the new educational building.
