The fast-paced information age encourages people to move faster, to work harder on themselves. Especially with the enthusiasm of young people, innovation is coming into every field. While someone has a strong desire to be an expert in their field, someone else draws strength from others.
Andijan State Medical Institute hosted such an energetic, motivational seminar-training. It was attended by acting Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation K.Salohiddinov, deans of faculties, their deputies, heads of departments, young researchers, Masters and students.
At the training on “Global thinking and effective education strategies” Sardor Usmanov, Doctor of Political Sciences, a mature speaker, shared his views on the current educational process, the correct approach to world experience in this area.
The seminar-training was not just an ordinary meeting and roundtable discussion, the expert explained to the professors and students the necessary information needed for daily research with examples.
“In the field of education, it is impossible to work with the current day, you need to be in two steps ahead for the development of the sphere. If a teacher is not strong in science, technology and potential, he will not be able to entail the student”, said Sardor Usmanov. It was also discussed what else should be considered in achieving the effectiveness of quality education.
Inspired by the cordial and friendly meeting, the young researchers and students also shared their plans and hopes for the future.
