The working group of the Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan studied the quality of education in higher education institutions in Andijan region. The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, Andijan regional khokimiyat and the Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a critical meeting on “Priorities for improving the effectiveness of education reform in the region.”
The rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M.Madazimov, vice-rectors, deans, heads of departments took part in it.
The meeting analyzed the work done on improving the quality of education in existing educational institutions and universities in the region. Special attention was paid to the scientific potential of professors and teachers, the use of material and technical base, the improvement of methodological support, the system of assessment of students’ knowledge.
