The meeting of the Academic Council was attended by the rector of the institute M. Madazimov, vice-rectors, the deans of faculties, heads of departments, teachers and professors.
At the beginning of the meeting, the heads of departments and professors who have worked effectively during the month of May were awarded, as well as students who won worthy places in the Olympiads and competitions. A retirement ceremony of Bahromjon Nurdinov, chief accountant of Andijan State Medical Institute, who has been working effectively for 46 years, has been held.
Then the issues on the agenda were considered.
First of all, the tasks set by the President in the video conference on improving sports education, selection and reserve of talented athletes and training of coaches, development of sports events at the institute, involvement of students in various sports clubs were considered and assignments, opinions were expressed.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 88, “The Rules of Ethics” for all organizations in the medical system, employees and students of higher and secondary special education institutions was revised and approved by the Council.
During the meeting of the Academic Council, professors and teachers were given the necessary instructions to publish scientific articles and improve their skills.
