Regular practical work is being organized at the Andijan State Medical Institute in order to protect the health of the population and increase its medical potential. An example of this is that in the most remote areas of our region free in-depth medical examinations are being conducted for our residents.
The next health campaign was held in Shahrikhan district. More than 700 residents included in the 3rd-4th group in terms of health took part in the event held at the Navoi family medical center. 11 specialists of the institute examined the patients and gave them the necessary advice. During the medical examination, 64 ultrasounds, 71 ECGs and more than 200 clinical laboratory tests were conducted, and necessary recommendations were given to the patients regarding diagnoses.
Also, the “Young Volunteers” team together with patronage nurses had a conversation with the population. During the campaign, they informed our residents about healthy lifestyle, following the rules of proper nutrition, and how to provide first aid to patients.
