Before the start of the event, the rector of the institute M.Madazimov congratulated the 1st year students on the new academic year.
Vice-rectors, professors, teachers, students and their parents participated in the event, which started with the national anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the tradition, the first year students solemnly received the symbolic “Rating Book” and “Key of Knowledge” from gifted students and expressed their gratitude to the leadership of Andijan State Medical Institute. Then the professors, teachers and parents wished success to the youth. The 1st year students took the oath “Dedication to students”.
Also, in order to form primary medical skills, the “Life support team” showed practical skills in providing first aid to the patient. Humorous programs of the “Ulfatlar” team, songs and dances performed by artistic students added a special touch to the event.
