Andijan State Medical Institute is hosting an international scientific and practical conference on “Problems of modern surgery”, planned by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The conference is attended by surgeons from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkey, India, Belarus, etc.
The conference was opened by the rector of the institute M. Madazimov. Then the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan Amrillo Inoyatov, the Chief Transplantologist of the Ministry of Health of Russia, academician Sergey Gauthier, the rector of Rostock University in Germany Wolfgang Sharek participated online and expressed their opinions about the work being carried out in the field of surgery today.
After that, a plenary session was held, during which reports were heard on 12 topics: “Analysis of the life processes of patients with liver cirrhosis after various interventions”, “What can modern lymphology of the 21st century do?”, “Different types of biopsy”, “30 years of experience with endo-and lymphotropic therapy in abdominal operations”, “New surgical approaches in fallot tetralogy”, “Our experience in kidney transplantation from a living person. Analysis of 750 cases of transplantation in a single center”, “Modern methods of treatment of patients with first, second and third degree of hyperparathyroidism”.
In the afternoon, participants of the conference were divided into two sections and presented their lectures to the audience. A total of 50 lectures are planned in both sections.
In addition to lecturers from Uzbekistan, specialists from Russia, Turkey, India and Belarus are also participating with their lectures.
