A roundtable discussion was held at Andijan State Medical Institute on the topic “We are against youth crime.” It was attended by B. Abbasova, the senior specialist of the Anti-Terrorism Department of the IAD of Andijan region, G. Kholmatova, the Rector’s adviser on women’s issues, the chairman of the Women’s Advisory Council as well as the council members, tutors and students.
Speakers at the event spoke about the need to prevent crime and delinquency among young people, including women and girls, protect their rights, and help them find their place in society.
Also, with the help of life examples, the participants were told that crime and violations lead to negative consequences. In addition, necessary recommendations about the dress code and etiquette were given.
