Today, on March 7, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov had an online meeting with the head of the International Relations Department of Dagestan State Medical University S. Khadjalieva and the dean of the Faculty of Dentistry T. Abakirov.
The vice-rector for educational affairs of the institute B. Abdullajonov, the head of the international cooperation department F. Rasulov, the director of the Andijan public health technicum M. Buvabekov, the director of the 2nd Namangan medical college R. Mukhitdinov also took part in the meeting.
First, the issues as meeting with Uzbek students studying under the joint education program, their academic achievements, and living conditions were discussed.
Also, in order to bring the mutual cooperation between the two higher educational institutions to a new level the issues of establishing mutual educational programs with the Medical College of Dagestan State Medical University and several technicums and colleges in Andijan were discussed.
In addition, there was an exchange of views on the available opportunities for the professors and teachers of Andijan State Medical Institute to improve their experiences at Dagestan State Medical University (DDTU).
Finally, a visit to DSMU was planned for a delegation consisting of college and technicum directors of Andijan and institute vice-rectors to study the establishment opportunities for joint educational programs in the fields of Stomatology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Nursing.
