As you know, the Agency for Youth Affairs of Uzbekistan and authorities, higher educational institutions pay up to 50% of the contract amount for education to true orphans (deprived of parents and deprived of parental rights), disabled people, former pupils of orphanages, as well as those who have lost their breadwinner, for the purpose of material support students.
Currently, 26 orphaned students (true orphans deprived of parental rights) are studying at the Andijan State Medical Institute. 9 of them study on a paid-contract basis.
In the current academic year 2022-2023 the Institute, the Agency for Youth Affairs and the authorities paid them contract money in the amount of 36,075,398 soums.
