As part of the “Tourism Month”, trips are being organized around our region with the participation of students from India, Pakistan, Nepal, Korea and teachers of Andijan State Medical Institute .
The destination of their trip today was the cultural and archeological heritage sites of Balıkchi district. The students were introduced to the historical locations in the district and the archeological finds in them by experts.
They participated in the process of fishing on the banks of Karadarya river and watched the strong current of the large Andijan Canal.
The next destination was the charming tulips of the Sortepa hill, which has a history of 2000 years. They enjoyed the beauty, skillfully combining green and scarlet colors.
In the Uchbulok sanctuary, located in the district, they received information about its history and unique features.
The end of this day trip was at the Special State School No. 50 in the area. At this place, on the initiative of the native language teacher H. Azimova, together with the students, they got acquainted with the historical objects of the museum and learned interesting news about them. School teachers and our international students held a national song contest and demonstrated their creative skills.
