On May 30, 2023 Andijan State Medical Institute held a republican scientific-practical conference with the attendance of international participants on the theme “Application of high innovative technologies in preventive medicine”.
The opening ceremony of the conference was held in the building of the Andijan Regional Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan. All the participants were greeted heartily with the sound of national music. The conference was opened by the rector of our institute M. Madazimov with an introduction speech. O. Ismailov, head of the Science and Education Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan as well as Yoon Seung-Joe, rector of the Korean National Transport University sent their congratulations online. After the opening ceremony during the Plenary Council’s round expert lectures were delivered.
At this conference professors and teachers of medical higher education institutions of our republic and more than 10 countries (Russia, Turkey, Belarus, Israel, India, Egypt, South Korea, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan) participated in hybrid (online/offline) format.
In the afternoon, the conference course was divided into 8 sections: Preventive medicine and internal diseases, Maternity and childhood, Surgical diseases, Traumatology and orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Medical-biological sciences, Young scientists.
More than 200 local and foreign experts participated with lectures on a number of aspects such as: “Integrated approach to improving human essence”, “Biologically active peptides in experimental treatment, diabetes mellitus”, “Prognostic factors in schizophrenia”, “New methods of treatment of heart failure using devices”, “Issues of prevention the symptomatic arterial hypertension” “, “Postpartum anemia: risk- factors, causes, consequences”, “Modern aspects of endoscopic transnasal neurosurgery” and discussed the issues.
