Today, on September 22, members of the “Volunteers” team consisting of the students of Andijan State Medical Institute visited “Uzun Kocha” location in Khojaabad district, representatives of the population and the secondary school number 4 located in this area. They met with their teachers and schoolchildren and held events promoting a healthy lifestyle.
During the events they gave information about fruits and vegetables which are useful and important in the daily diet as well as their useful properties. It was also mentioned that morning exercise proved to be one of the important factors of a healthy lifestyle.
Schoolchildren took an active part in this event and shared their knowledge about the useful properties of fruits and vegetables. At the events heldat people’s homes the representatives of the population expressed their satisfaction with such activities which took care of at the events held in the houses, the representatives of the population expressed their satisfaction with such activities which took care of the health of our people.
Volunteers also distributed flyers containing useful recommendations to the residents of the location. They give them possibility to read and follow useful information at any time.
