Today, on February 13, a solemn ceremony “Love your country like Babur” has been held in Andijan State Medical Institute on the occasion of the 541st anniversary of the birth of the king,poet and scientist Zahiriddin Muhammad Bobur.
S. Salohiddinov, the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs, R. Rakhmanov, the dean of Pediatric faculty, A. Abdukhalimov, the head of the youth work, spiritual and educational department, tutors and students participated in the event.
Interesting information about the life and work of Z.M. Babur was presented by H. Rejabboyeva, tutor of the Master’s department. Interesting questions and answers were held during the lecture about the life and work of Z.M. Babur. Knowledgeable students were awarded with souvenirs.
Talented students performed ghazals, rubai and poems in the artistic part of the event. The image of Z.M. Babur was personified and songs based on his poems were sung. Scenes from his life and creativity have been shown.
