Today, on March 1, in the main educational building of Andijan State Medical Institute, a meeting dedicated to the “Graduates distribution” (employment, determination of future jobs) was held with the students graduated from the institute in the 2023-2024 academic year, whose permanent address is Andijan region.
The head of the Andijan Regional Health Department A. Mirzajonov, vice-rector of the institute for educational affairs B. Abdullajonov, head of the marketing and student practice department A. Ziyayev, chief specialist of the department U. Dadajonov , a group of employers and graduates participated in the event.
Those who took part in the event spoke on the issues of establishing cooperation between universities and employers in ensuring youth employment mentioned at the video selector meeting of the head of our state on February 5, 2024 regarding the priority tasks that should be implemented in the fields of education, healthcare, digitization, culture and sports.
The importance of taking into account the requirements of employers when training specialists was noted. This will meet the needs of employers for specialists and allow graduates to find employment in regions close to their places of residence.
In the current academic year, 897 graduates from Andijan will graduate from the institute. During this event, employers took the floor and answered in detail the questions of students and graduates about employment. Also, in the regions, graduates were attached to city and district medical associations.
