Today, on April 17, an artistic and literary evening called “Muhammad Yusuf lives forever in our hearts” was held in the student hostel of Andijan State Medical Institute.
The event was opened by S. Salohiddinov, the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs who described the poet’s rich poetic legacy left to generations.
The evening of poetry arranged around the bonfire was held in an inspired mood with the participation of members of Andijan regional branch of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan and singers of the regional branch of the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan. They told interesting information about the poet’s life and work. Vivid memories of Muhammad Yusuf were recalled.
Poems written by Muhammad Yusuf were skillfully performed by talented students of our Institute. During the evening, poems were connected to tunes, and tunes to songs.
