Today, April 18, a round table is held at Andijan State Medical Institute on the topic “Your poems are eternally living” on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the birth of the national poet of Uzbekistan Muhammad Yusuf, born in Andijan.
The event was opened by the first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual and educational work S. Salakhiddinov, who spoke about the original, unique poems of Muhammad Yusuf, love for the Motherland, loyalty, humanity, and beauty of nature.
After this, Associate Professor of the Department of Uzbek Language and Literature Kuzibaeva M. gave a lecture full of important and interesting information about the life and work of the poet.
Students read samples of the poet’s poems glorifying the Motherland, reflecting the concepts of love, loyalty and humanity.
