Today, on May 22, the “Meeting of creative people and students” took place within the framework of the project “Sharing Enlightenment” at the initiative of Andijan State Medical Institute.
A number of creative people including Nurali Kabul, an academician of the International Academy named after Chingiz Aitmatov, a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan, Khondamir Kadiri, director of the House Museum of Abdulla Kadiri, Honored Cultural Worker of Uzbekistan,Bahadirjon Rakhmanov,Ph.D.,Dean of the Faculty of Philology of Andijan State University, Gofurjon Tojiboyev, a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan, literary scholar, a poet, associate professor Halim Karim,a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan took part in the event.
The rector of the institute, M. Madazimov, opened the event with an introductory speech and talked about how close literature is to people’s hearts and its unique charm.
After this, the guests shared the wise words of great scholars, instructive thoughts based on life experiences, and poems. This artistic event was very interesting and full of discussion. Thoughts were connected to ideas, and the meeting continued in the form of a literary debate. Students got answers to their questions.
In the artistic part of the event, songs were performed by singers and musicians of the ensemble “Makom’. Talented students recited poems.
At the end of the meeting, the guests were thanked for their visit and meaningful conversation, and souvenirs were handed over.
