Today, on October 25, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, M. Madazimov, met with students from the Faculty of Medicine.
The meeting was attended by the first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, S. Salohiddinov, the vice-rector for Academic Affairs, B. Abdullajonov, the rector’s advisor on Women’s Issues, G. Xolmatova, the dean of the faculty, D. Tulanov, and the students.
During the heartfelt meeting, the rector provided information about the reforms being implemented in higher education, as well as the conditions and opportunities being created for professors, teachers, and students. He emphasized that young people should make effective use of these opportunities to study and learn, contributing to the development of New Uzbekistan in the future.
The discussion included how enriching the spiritual world of youth, promoting reading books, and encouraging interest in physical education and sports through various competitions can be key factors in preventing crime.
Throughout the meeting, students received answers to their questions regarding the internal regulations of the institute, educational processes, and final assessment systems.
The importance of adhering to ethical norms both at the institute and in student dormitories was reiterated, including cultural dress codes and compliance with safety regulations during the autumn-winter season. The rector also emphasized the dress code for medical staff, students of medical higher education institutions, and teachers as outlined in Order No. 284 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, students expressed their suggestions and initiatives.
