“Simulation Education in Medicine: Problems, Solutions, Prospects” – a Republic scientific-practical conference with the participation of foreign scientists has been held

Today, on November 8, “Simulation Education in Medicine: Problems, Solutions, Prospects”, a scientific-practical conference was held in Andijan State Medical Institute with the participation of foreign scientists.

The conference brought together specialists from many countries such as Russia, Spain, Dagestan, Turkey, Bashkortostan, Germany, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan as well as experts from higher medical education institutions and regional medical specialists of our Republic. Participants joined both online and offline (hybrid) formats.
At the beginning of the event the rector of the Institute, M. Madazimov, spoke about the relevance and importance of the conference topic.

Following this, a congratulatory message from the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, A. Khudayarov, was delivered to the participants.
Foreign experts also delivered their congratulatory speeches both online and offline. After the plenary session of the conference specialists presented their reports to the audience in three separate sections.

In addition, master classes were held within the framework of the conference. These included practical sessions led by Kim Evgeny Vladimirovich, director of the “SINTOMED” Simulation Center in Russia, who conducted a workshop on “Using the ‘BESTA’ Endosurgical Simulation Training and Certification Program for Specialist Training” and Anatoly Yevgenyevich Verevkin, a member of the ROSOMED Council and an expert in medical simulation, who led a session on “The Basics of Simulation Education in Medicine Using the ARES Robot-Patient Model” for anesthesiologists and resuscitators.
