First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ramatov Ochilboy Jumaniyozovich visited the 2,000-seats educational building on the territory of Andijan State Medical Institute clinic. He was accompanied by the rector of the institute M. Madazimov. He was closely acquainted with the conditions created for students in the building.
This building was constructed on an area of 2 hectares on the territory of the Institute’s clinic, designed for 2,000 seats in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2021 No. PQ-5154 dated June 21″On measures to establish “New Andijan” town and further support entrepreneurship in Andijan province” which was commissioned in 2024.
There are 7 floors in the new building , with 28 rooms on each floor. All classrooms are supplied with interactive whiteboards and modern educational equipment.
There are a total of 12 lecture halls in the building. There is a Medical Simulation Center with large capabilities in line with world standards on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is intended for Dentistry and is equipped with the most modern dental equipment and technologies. Clinical departments are mainly located in the building. A telemedicine system has been established between the Institute’s clinic and this educational building.
There operations performed in the surgical departments of the clinic are broadcast directly to the classrooms. Students will have the opportunity to ask the doctor their questions and get answers to them right away.
O. Ramatov also had a sincere conversation with the professors, teachers and students of the Institute and gave his recommendations having studied the processes.
