Establishment of Namangan branch of Andijan State Medical Institute was mandated in clause 40 of protocol No. 21in order to implement the initiatives and fulfill the tasks outlined during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Andijan region on April 15–16, 2025.
As part of this initiative the building of “Namangan Eastern Languages and Service” Technical School located in the Qumqo‘rg‘on neighborhood of Namangan district was allocated as an educational complex for Namangan branch of Andijan State Medical Institute. Currently, renovation work is being carried out continuously in the building.
Today, on July 31, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov and the vice-rector for academic affairs B. Abdullajonov visited the site to review the progress of renovation work.
During the visit, the rector met with representatives of the construction companies and the technical school administration, providing specific instructions and practical recommendations to ensure the repairs were completed on time and with high quality.
It is worth to say that educational activities will commence in this building, creating modern and comfortable conditions for students starting from the new academic year. The new facility will enhance the effectiveness of the branch’s operations and open up wide opportunities for professors, teachers and students alike.
