A series of Enlightenment Lessons under the section “The Hour of the Future” are ongoing At Andijan State Medical Institute aimed at fostering students’ deep understanding of Uzbekistan’s role, significance and position within the global community as well as introducing them to the country’s political, economic and cultural cooperation avenues.
The lesson was conducted by S. Salohiddinov, the first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-educational Work. During the session students were provided with comprehensive information on the increasing international stature of our Homeland, the initiatives promoted by New Uzbekistan on the global stage, Uzbekistan’s role as the heart of Central Asia and the importance of the policies implemented by our President to further enhance our country’s international influence.
Within the scope of the topic students explored Uzbekistan’s historical roots, achievements during the years of independence, activities within international organizations and mutually beneficial relations with other countries. Through this, they gained an understanding of the interconnectedness between national development and international integration.
