Today, on November 18, a meeting of creative people and students and youth is being held at Andijan State Medical Institute as a part of “Ma’rifat ulashib” project.
It was attended by Abdusaid Kuchimov, a member of the Journalists and Writers’ Unions of Uzbekistan, a poet, a writer, a holder of the title “Honored Journalist of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the “Shuhrat” medal, the “Mehnat Shuhrati” order; a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan Nurullo Ostonov and poet and writer Yahyo Togayev. The event was also organized as part of the celebration of the 34th anniversary of the adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The guests were greeted in a high spirit to the sounds of the “Andijan Polka”, playing national games and demonstrating national traditions.
The guests first got acquainted with the achievements of the faculties of the Institute, the inventions created by the students and the master classes performed using simulation equipment. They especially recognized the enthusiasm and aspiration of the young people and wished them great success in their future activities.
The event began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a salute to the flag of our State.
First, the congratulatory message of the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov was delivered by the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational work S. Salohiddinov.
After that, a round table discussion was held with the participation of creators and students. At the event, guests spoke about their creative activities and shared their life experience.
For information: Abdusaid Kuchimov is the author of the following publicistic, poetic and prose books: “Explorers”, “My Uzbekistan”, “Tashburgut”, “My Star”, “Chanaq”, “Halqa”, “Two Springs”, “Trees of Hope”, “Quiyofa”, “Yosuman”, “High Mountains”, “You Are in the Eyes of Your Eyes”, “Gardens of Love”, “Rivers That Drink Water”, “Election”, “Safar” and “The Rule of Life”. His stories “High Mountains” and “Boychechak” have been the basis for many feature films. He is also the translator of the story “Journey to the Red Planet” by Tatar writer M. Kharisov.
Nurullo Oston published poetry collections: “Starry Night”, “Bahor Raksi”, “Yoldagi Buloq”, “Yuragimin ermesm guli”, “Kadim yollarda”, “Osmon tola farishta”. He has translated the poetry collection “Colorful Rains” by the creative Turkmen poet and the poetry collection “Children of a Family” by the people’s poet of Dagestan Rasul Gamzatov. Currently, Nurullo Oston’s humorous books “Weeping Dead”, “Official Laqma”, “Let’s Eat” and “Yollanma Khotin” are being prepared for publication.
Yahyo Toga is the author of such poetry books as “Ko‘klam kaldirg‘ochlari”, “Kafsdagi burgut”, “Tasalli”, “Kuyla, hofiz”.
Yangiboy Kuchkarov is a journalist who has served in Karakalpakstan. His book “Jayhun bo‘lib aqkan so‘z”, published in 2012, contains translations of 50 classical and contemporary Karakalpak poets, essays and studies about 40 writers and our poets.
The students memorized the poems of the guests. They presented information about their works of art. At the meeting, the creators presented samples of their books to the students as souvenirs. At the art evening, the students’ opinions and creative samples were also listened to, and the creators were presented with souvenirs from the rector of our Institute.
During the event, seedlings were planted within the framework of the national project “Green Space”.
The event continued in the districts of our region.
