An event for the distribution of graduates to employment was held in accordance with the order No. 124 dated April 9, 2024 by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at implementing measures related to job placement of students graduating in the academic year 2025/2026.
The event was organized jointly with the Andijan Regional Department of Healthcare, where heads of district and city medical associations, department chiefs responsible for personnel issues, as well as graduating students participated.

The meeting was attended by the rector of the institute, M. Madazimov, head of the personnel department of the Andijan Regional Health Department, Sh. Atabayev, as well as heads of district and city medical associations and heads of personnel departments.
During the meeting, a transparent process of distributing vacant positions available within district and city medical associations took place. Clarifications regarding future workplaces were provided to graduates, along with necessary recommendations for starting their professional careers.
A total of 1,065 Andijan-based graduates of the institution participated in this event both online and offline formats.
This distribution contributed to ensuring that graduates are employed according to their specialization, directing qualified professionals to regional healthcare institutions, and further strengthening the health care system.
