The event was attended by the Rector of the Institute M. Madazimov, First Vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work S. Salohiddinov, Prevention Inspector J. Khodjaev, department heads, and tutors.


The meeting was opened by the institute’s rector M. Madazimov who emphasized in his speech on creating a healthy spiritual environment within higher education institutions and protecting students from various negative situations. The rector highlighted that preventive measures aimed at preventing crimes and legal violations are systematically organized within the institution, particularly emphasizing that such occurrences can be prevented through meaningful and effective organization of students’ free time.


During the meeting, detailed information was provided about current laws and regulations related to crime prevention and law-breaking behavior. The Prevention Inspector J. Khodjaev outlined ongoing efforts towards strengthening young people’s understanding of legality and fostering respect for laws, while also touching upon future plans.
It was stressed during the discussion that supporting talented youths, promoting their scientific and creative potential, involving them widely in sports and cultural events contributes significantly to preventing legal violations. At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to responsible individuals regarding further intensification of work in this direction and improving the system of individual interaction with students.


Additionally, during the roundtable discussions, detailed information was presented about the Resolution No. 34 dated January 28, 2026, issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan titled “On Approval of the Program to Enhance Effectiveness of Educating Young People in Continuous Education System Based on National Values and Patriotism.”
