Today, on February 12th, at Andijan State Medical Institute, a meeting titled “Meeting between the Rector and Parents” was held with the participation of the first-year students from the Faculty of Stomatology and their parents. The event was opened by the institute’s rector, M. Madazimov.
In his speech, the rector focused on the content and essence of the Ministry of Health’s Order No. 284 dated September 4, 2024. He provided information about measures being taken to develop young people’s intellectual and creative potential, enhance civic responsibility, as well as prevent crime and violations. It was emphasized that students must strictly adhere to the internal regulations and dress code of the institution.
Additionally, explanations were given regarding unwavering efforts against corruption, vigilance against extremist ideas, ensuring information security, and compliance with road traffic and technical safety rules.
The dean of the Faculty of Stomatology, F. Urinov, particularly highlighted attendance rates, academic performance indicators, adherence to internal regulations among first-year students, and collaboration with parents. Detailed information was also provided about the conditions created for students’ learning opportunities and moral environment.
It was noted that such meetings are important in enhancing students’ sense of responsibility towards education, establishing effective cooperation with parents, and nurturing competent professionals who love their country.
At the end of the event, parents whose children have demonstrated active engagement and aspiration, serving as role models for their peers, received letters of appreciation.
