Foreign students take an active part in cultural and educational events. Today they organized an event in connection with the birthday of the great writer Rabindranath Tagore. The event was attended by pro-rector on Academic Affairs B. Abdullajonov and a number of professors and teachers. At the beginning, the Indian students made a report about the life and work of the writer. In addition, they sang songs and recited poems. Especially the songs sung in the Uzbek language were warmly received by the participants.
